Panic, fear, uneasiness, sleep problems, not being able to stay calm and still feeling cold, sweating numbers r tingling in the hands or feet, and palpitations. Pakistan has one of the lowest mental illness patients-to-doctors ratios in the world. this is the duty of our government to provide funds and mental health professionals especially psychologists, to provide leadership. sone changes in lifestyle help individuals to take control of it.
