Make a paste by mixing bran (wheat bran) with honey, milk and 1 teaspoon almond oil. Apply on the face and after 15 minutes, lightly dab the milk and after that clean the face with water. If the skin is very dry, add coconut oil, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons aloe vera gel. Apply on the face and wash after 30 minutes.

For oily skin

Mix 3 cups sesame seeds (coarsely grounded), 6 teaspoons dried mint leaves (powder), olive oil, honey and yoghurt. Sesame seeds soothe sun-damaged skin. Rub gently on the neck, arms and legs. Wash with water after a few minutes.
