Government’s decision to pass all 10th and 12th class students

ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to pass all the students of class X and XII.

An inter-provincial education ministers’ conference was held under the chairmanship of Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood in which the government decided to pass all the students of class X and XII.

The meeting decided that due to Corona situation, immediate re-examinations would not be possible and the students who failed would be given a discounted 33 marks while the Matriculation and Intermediate examinations would be held twice a year. The name will not be given.

Sources said that next year’s matriculation examinations will be held in May-June, and the new session will start from August next year.
