Lahore is the second most polluted city in the world

WASHINGTON: IQ Air, a global air pollution agency, has released the list of the world’s most polluted cities, with India’s capital Delhi being the first and Lahore second.
AQI, which works for environmental pollution, has compiled the list of the most polluted cities in the world in terms of air quality, with the Indian capital Delhi at number one, Lahore at number two and Karachi at sixth.

In the ‘Air Quality Index’, the Indian capital, New Delhi, has been declared the most polluted city in the world with air quality ratio of 339. This ratio is much more polluted than the ratio required for a healthy atmosphere. Which causes respiratory diseases to be common.

The air quality index in Lahore is between 170 and 220, with Lahore being the second most polluted city, Bosnia’s Sergio third and Siberia’s Belgrade fourth. Other cities include Shanghai, Calcutta, Mumbai and Kabul. Û”
Experts say not only the air quality ratio in these cities is very bad, but the amount of fine particulate matter in the air was very low. Experts point to an air quality index called the air quality index.
