Prime Minister Imran Khan’s two goals for 2021

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has set two New Year targets, including free health care and a no hunger-sleep program.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of vehicles introduced in Pakistan in Islamabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that he has two goals for the New Year 2021, one of which is “Universal Health Coverage” which covers Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Therefore, every family will have health insurance, citizens will be able to go to any hospital and show their health card and get their treatment, this is a big challenge and such a program does not happen even in rich countries.

Imran Khan said that the second program is “No one goes to bed hungry in Pakistan”, it will include the whole nation and the whole country, using IT to identify areas where hunger is high, in collaboration with charities. I will launch this new program through Ehsas program so that by the end of the year Pakistan will be a country where no citizen goes to bed hungry.
The Prime Minister said that the first year of the government was spent in reviving the economy, the second year unfortunately faced Corona in which the government strategy was successful, we saved the people from starvation and Pakistan recovered the fastest in the subcontinent. ۔

PM Imran Khan said that 2021 is the year of development, Pakistan is moving in a positive direction, we will develop industries by formulating business friendly policy, we are ready to face all kinds of challenges.

Imran Khan said that the next part of C-Pack also includes agriculture, we will get help from China to increase exports, we will try to increase domestic agricultural production, we are trying to get Chinese investment in economic zones, China It is the fastest growing country in the world, it needs partnership to be industrially strong, we are trying to lift people out of poverty.

The Prime Minister further said that if Pakistan is to become industrialized and develop, then China is the best ally. China has lifted 700 million people out of poverty in a short span of time. We can learn a lot from this. Its development model is the best for us. Is workable

Later, Imran Khan tweeted that his commitment for the New Year (2021) is the completion of two projects. First, the provision of universal health coverage for all citizens, which has been started in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and will soon be in Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan, we hope that other provinces will also implement this scheme.

Our Ehsaas program provides social security & our health card scheme provides the poor with proper medical access. My New Year resolution for 2021 is to complete two projects. One, universal health coverage to all our citizens. It has begun in KP & will soon in Punjab & GB.
