Karachi: Like all over the world, showbiz artists have expressed deep sorrow over the plane crash and deaths in Karachi.
The National Airlines flight PK8303 from Lahore to Karachi crashed in Model Colony, adjacent to Jinnah International Airport, just a minute before landing due to a fault in the landing gear.
The crashed plane had 91 passengers and seven crew members on board who were returning home to celebrate Eid. While the entire nation is in mourning over the tragic incident, the same showbiz personalities have also expressed their condolences for the victims in this hour of grief.
Actress Hira Mani prayed for the victims in a photo shared on Instagram and said it was a heartbreaking incident where people were on their way to celebrate Eid with their loved ones but the plane crashed.
Actor Imran Abbas said that Allah Almighty grant mercy to the victims of the plane crash.
Actor Muneeb Butt said that may Allah Almighty grant recovery to those who miraculously survived the accident and may He grant forgiveness to those who did not remain among us.
Actress Saba Qamar said that the accident took place just 60 seconds before she saw her family. My heart is crying tears of blood at the moment.
Actor Humayun Saeed also expressed his sorrow over the plane crash and said that those who lost their lives in the crash, may God grant them a high position in Paradise, may He grant patience to the bereaved and may those who were injured pray. Get well soon.
