Former Pakistan Cricket opener Taufeeq Umar has been found positive with Coronavirus. For the time being, he will live in his home in Quarantine. There has been news from cricket Pakistan media about Taufiq being Corona positive (Covid-19). Tawfiq has played 44 Tests and 22 ODIs for Pakistan in his career. Omar has scored 7 centuries and 14 half-centuries in Tests, while he managed to score 3 half-centuries in ODIs. During the year 2001, Taufiq Umar was an important member of Pakistan cricket.

In 2014, Taufiq played his last Test match against New Zealand, while the last ODI was played against Ireland in 2011. Taufiq was successful in making a significant contribution to Pakistan cricket, especially in Test cricket. Please tell that Taufiq did not get a chance to make a debut in Pakistan’s T20 International.
