UET Undergraduate Admission Process and its Schedule 2021

It is informed to all students that the Undergraduate Admission Process for the year 2021 has been announced by UET. Prospectus will be available from 20th September, 2021. Last date of On-line submission of admission forms is 11th October, 2021.

Eligibility Requirements for Admission in UET
At least 60% marks in Intermediate/ DAE or equivalent foreign qualification examination, certified by IBCC, excluding sports and Hafiz-e-Quran marks
- Should have appeared in the Entrance Test arranged by this University for that academic session in which he seeks admission
- Should earn at least 50% overall adjusted aggregate marks
- B.Sc. Engineering Technology or equivalent degree applicants should have obtained (or expect to obtain) at least 60% marks, in case of annual system, or a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0, in case of semester system

Merit Computation for UET Admission
For applicants with Intermediate/Equivalent qualification or Diploma of Associate Engineer qualification or B.Sc. Engineering Technology*/Equivalent qualification:
- 70% weight to percentage marks obtained in the relevant examination, in case of
annual system, including Sports (out of 10) and Hafiz-e-Quran (out of 20) marks –
For Example, 880 out of 1100 translates to 56 out of 70
- 30% weight to Entrance Test marks – For Example, 280 out of 400 translates to 21 out of 30
* – In case the degree being awarded is under semester system, a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 will be equated to 60% marks and a CGPA of 4.0 out of 4.0 would be equated to 90% marks. Other values of CGPA, out of 4.0, will be interpolated accordingly

Preference List for UET Lahore
The following aspects must be kept in mind when filling the preferences:
- Preferences of disciplines, campuses and categories once chosen and submitted cannot be changed. Ineligible category will result in cancellation of the application
- No request for freezing by a candidate, admitted in the lower preference discipline, would be entertained. The candidate will continue to be considered for movement into his/her higher preference in subsequent merit lists only if he secures his seat by paying all dues
- Candidates must note that after the display of merit list, no application would be entertained for moving to a lower merit preference. Applications for moving into lower merit preference would only be accepted on-line from admitted candidates only, after the last merit list as per announced schedule

It depends on the marks in ECAT.
I got 114 marks in ECAT. So can i get admission in BSCS?
