First Provisional Merit List for MBBS/BDS (Session 2021-2022) Seats for Public Sector Medical/Dental Colleges of Punjab.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1) This list is absolutely provisional and is subject to correction/revision/amendment in case of any bonafide error, omission, lapse, mistake, fraud or misrepresentation that occurs or is brought to the notice of University Authorities within due time.
2) Mere figuring in this Order of Merit shall not confer any right on the candidate if he/she is otherwise found ineligible on detection of any error/mistake/fraud/misrepresentation at any stage of admissions.
3) Candidates can make а written representation https://forms.uhs.edu.pk/admission 2021complaint against any error, omission, lapse, mistake, fraud or misrepresentation in this provisional merit list by Monday 6th December, 2021 (before 05:00 PM). Candidate can only submit complaint from his/her registered email ID and must attach a documentary proof (e.g., result card, etc.) in support of his/her claim otherwise the complaint shall be rejected. Physical appearance is not allowed for this purpose due to COVID-19.
4) Candidates are required to respond and submit their documents mentioned in the remarks before 05:00 PM, 6th of December, 2021, otherwise their applications shall be declared Incomplete and their names shall be removed from the next list.
5) No complaint / application shall be entertained that is received after 05:00 PM on 6th of December, 2021.
6) After necessary corrections/amendments, the Second Provisional Merit List and selection lists shall be displayed as per schedule.
7) Final Merit List and allocation of seats in Medical and Dental Colleges of Punjab for HSSC (Pre-Medical) Special Examination or A-Level (November 2021 Series) Examination candidates shall be determined ONLY after they upload their correct marks secured in delayed results of HSSC Special Examination or A-Level Final Examination (November 2021 Exam Series).
Mention of their names in the First Provisional Merit List of Medical / Dental Colleges is ABSOLUTELY PROVISIONAL. It shall in no way confer upon them any right to claim admission in any college.
