AIOU is a well-known institution that provides quality education to its students via distance learning at a reasonable fee. To give prospective applicants who missed the initial deadline another chance, the university has set a new deadline for submitting admission applications. Admission to BS Programmes
- All candidates must have a minimum of 45% in their intermediate/HSSC or comparable qualification.
Qualification for the Associate Degree Programme
- All candidates must have received at least a second division in their inter/HSSC exams.
- Qualification for Teacher Education Programmes
- All applicants must have received 45% or higher in their HSSC/inter or comparable qualification.
- Qualification for Postgraduate Diplomas
- A minimum second division or 45% in a Bachelor’s Degree or any 14 years of schooling is necessary.
Admissions Documents Required:
- AIOU Application Process: All candidates can obtain a prospectus from the University at https://aiou.edu.pk/prospectus.
- Applicants can also apply for admission online at http://fmbp.aiou.edu.pk.
- To submit your application online, first create an AIOU account by entering your personal information such as name, CNIC number, mobile phone number, and email address, among other things.
- Following the creation of your admission portal account, click the “apply now” option and complete the AIOU spring admission form 2023.
- Please include scanned copies of all documents needed.
- Then, create an application processing fee challan and submit it to any UBL, MCB, ABL, or FWB bank, or use jazz cash, easypaisa, or Upaisa services before the admission deadline (18th May 2023).
- The application processing fee will vary based on the programme you choose.
- After you’ve paid your application processing fee, upload the receipt to your admission site and submit your application.
AIOU Financial Aid for Students:
- AIOU offers financial aid to worthy students (candidates will be chosen in accordance with AIOU’s student policy).
- Allama Iqbal Open University does not charge tuition for transgender, incarcerated, or disabled students.
- Students from Gilgit/Baltistan, Balochistan, and former FATA citizens can attend AIOU for free.
- To apply for financial assistance, candidates must contact their local AIOU office.
AIOU 2023 Spring Admissions Deadline:
As previously indicated, Allama Iqbal Open University is accepting applications for spring admission 2023. We’d also want to let you know that the institution has extended the deadline for spring 2023 admission. The prior entry date was May 4, 2023, but the AIOU admissions deadline has now been extended until May 18, 2023. Candidates are strongly urged not to pass up this fantastic opportunity to join in excellent AIOU academic and training programmes
