ISLAMABAD: Prices of petroleum products are likely to go up by Rs 12 per liter from February 1st
OGRA has sent a summary of the increase in prices of petroleum products to the Petroleum Division in which it has been recommended to increase the price of petrol by Rs 12 per liter from February 1.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority has proposed to increase the price of diesel by Rs 10 per liter, kerosene by Rs 7, and light diesel by Rs 5.5 per liter. According to sources, OGRA has prepared the summary on the basis of a levy of Rs 30 per liter.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will give final approval to the increase in the prices of petroleum products. After the approval of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance will announce the new prices
